Title:- the digital tools learned in BA program.

There are many digital tools that have learned and currently in my BA program. This tools are very useful for us and learn many things in our life. Canva it is a very good digital tools canva helps to video and photo editing and how to create a new video this tools learned about all the details. We can make a ppt in this tool so canva is a very useful tool. 

 The next tool is chat gpt. It is very useful for us .if you ask any questions chat gpt answers all questions in different different languages.

It offers a wide range of tools for editing,, including AI-driven features like,, background removal, and video, as well as, transitions, and text/sticker. There are many tools and we can learn many things in this program.

Introduction:-

Interview is a phycological and sociological instrument. It is an interaction between two or more persons for a specific purpose. We may have to face interview at different times in our life. Although the nature of interview may be different for different organizations, several rules are common for all. 

Types of interview:-

(1)job interview :- in job interview, the employer  wants to learn about the applicant's abilities and experience, and the candidate wants to learn about the position on offer and the organization. 

(2) information interview:- the interviewer seeks facts that bear on a decision or contribute to basic understanding. eg - doctor-patient, boss-subordinate ,etc....

(3) persuasive interview :- one person tells another about a new idea, product, or service and explains why the other should  act on his/her recommendations. 

(4) exit interview:- in exit interview,the interviewer tries to understand why the interviewee is leaving the organization or transferring to another department or division.  

(5) evaluation interview:-  A supervisor periodically gives an employee feedback on his/her performance. The supervisor and the employee discuss program towards predetermined Standards or goals and evaluate areas that requires improvement.

(6) counselling interview :- A supervisor talks with an employee about personal problems that are interfering with work performance.  The interviewer is concerned with the welfare of both the employee and the organization.  

(7) conflict resolution interview:- in conflict resolution interviews, two competing people or groups of people with opposing points of view, such as smith versus Jones,  day shift versus night shift,general  motors versus the united auto workers ,employer their problems and attitudes. 

(8) disciplinary interview:- in disciplinary interviews, a supervisor tries to correct the behavior of an employee who has ignored the organization's rules and regulations. 

(9) termination interview:- A supervisor informs an employee of the reasons for the termination of the latter's job. To accomplish  these goals, the interviewer gives reasons that are specific,accurate, and verifiable .

(10) media interview :- most of us might have watched programmes such as walk the talk,  meet the entrepreneur, etc., as well as press conference organized  by the government/ business/ industries on television.  

Stages of interview:- 

(1) appraisal of resume:- some companies may shortlist candidates on the basis of projects they have completed specific courses they have done, internships they have taken up, etc ...

(2) tests :- companies conduct aptitude tests comprising sections such as technical, quantitative, verbal, reasoning, psychometric, etc ... 

(3) group discussion:- most recruiters use this as the second stage after the aptitude tests.  Some companies may conduct group activities as well to assess the candidate's  personality, leadership skills , knowledge, communication skills , etc ..

(4) presentation:- A few companies may ask the candidate to present themselves in two or three minutes in order to shortlist. 

(5) face-to-face interview:- this may be the final round of an interview. Many companies these days give the candidate a short or long case containing a hypothetical problem in the business/ industrial context, ask the candidate  to present the case, and suggest a few alternative solutions. 

(6) videoconferencing interview:- this could be a technical- cum- HR interview.  

(7) negotiation:- this stage comes after the candidate  has been selected.  The company makes a job offer out of the candidate after discussing the candidate's  expectations about  salary and other benefits.  

(8) medical test :- once the job offer is confirmed , the candidates may be asked to go for a medical  examination.  This is done by the companies that offer the benefit of medical claims.
